The beautiful new ABI Arizona Premier is waiting for its new owners at Hedley Wood Holiday Park where you will receive a big welcome to Cornwall and North Devon. We may be away from the hustle and bustle of main town life, but still give our owners the best of both worlds with nature, coastal and beach walks all on our doorstep. From surfing the waves to trekking the scenic trails, from exploring the local history & architecture to seeking out the array of biodiverse flora, fauna & marine life, plus there are many gastro delights & an array of other leisure pursuits available & all waiting for you. This ABI Arizona Premier is the perfect holiday home as its suitable for both younger and more mature humans and pets, great space in the lounge for children to play games or your pet to stretch out and a spacious master with easy access all round and comes with an en-suite! The ABI Arizona Premier has an open plan lounge dinner with seating for all the family plus additional sleeping for family on the sofa bed. There is an electric flame effect fire to compliment the central heating and double glazing. A comfy dining area ideal for family meals and a board game or two, plus ample of floor space in case a game of Twister is on the cards. From here we enter the kitchen where there is plenty of storage plus an under-counter fridge with freezer box, cooker with hob and grill plus an area for your coats and dog leads and even space for the dog’s bed too.

The master contains a large double bed plus two double wardrobes and there is still ample space to walk around, there is even room at the end to put up a travel cot or your pets’ bed plus bed side tables and an en-suite toilet for added privacy, hence a favourite master suite with our owners…

The twin bedroom is ideal for guests with a small wardrobe plus shelf and mirror with plug.
